Saturday is one of the biggest days at the market here in Antigua and I made sure to wake up early to make my irresponsible purchases! The market was PACKED and between the extra strong smell of stanky fish and gargantuan fruit it was a lot to take in. I ended up buying a huge quilt made of used huipils which I regretted at first but looking at this blanket it might be the buy of my trip! This was our first Saturday of the trip and it was a perfect day to see the hustle and bustle of small town Antigua while we all relaxed and took in the views little did I know the next day would be the real fun ;-)
